  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I process and ship orders within 3 days of receiving them. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

    Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • How long do preorders take?

    I only do preorders for prints because they are very easy for me to print! Please allow a few more business days for me to get your order processed and shipped to you.

  • My print was damaged in shipping.

    Email a photo of the damage to InverseDream @ gmail . com along with your order number, and I will send you a new print!

  • I did not receive my order

    Sometimes things get lost in the mail! If it has been more than 5 business days (for US orders) from the time you received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know and we will resend your order at no extra cost! International orders, please contact us 2 weeks from the date of your shipping confirmation email.
